SAM All-Breed Shows

SAM holds two all-breed shows each year. The winter show is held as part of a three-day cluster in January, and is one of the largest all-breed shows in the nation. Our summer show is held in late August in Redmond, Washington. Our dog shows include conformation, junior showmanship, obedience, rally and agility. Members are expected not to exhibit at Sammamish Kennel Club, Inc shows.

SAM hosts numerous specialty club shows the weekend of our summer show. Many of these shows feature sweepstakes as well as conformation and junior showmanship.

Community Benevolence

SAM always donates a percentage of its profits to worthy canine causes such as Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue, the Humane Society, and the AKC Canine Health Foundation.

Education is also important. Activities range from health and first aid seminars to guest speakers at club meetings, visits to schools, and extended care homes by our club members. Each of our activities is educational as well as lots of fun for members and guests alike!
